Requirements for the U.S. Student Visa for Saudi Nationals and Residents
Documents required to start the visa process through us
- A copy of the passport valid for more than 3 months
- A copy of the ID or residency permit
- Previous visa if available
- A personal photo with white background, size 5×5
- National address in Saudi Arabia
- School acceptance letter NUMBER SEVIS
Procedures handled by us
- Booking the appointment at the embassy or consulate
- Filling out the application form
- Paying the FORM I-901 fee
Documents required on the appointment day
- The confirmation of the application form
- Original passport valid for more than 3 months, signed by the client, with at least two blank pages
- Bank statement in English, recent, with closing balance of no less than 20,000 SAR, issued within 14 days before the appointment, for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank where the salary is deposited, with sufficient closing balance for the trip. Online bank statements must meet three conditions to be accepted: (Bank name – Stamp – Barcode)
- Recent salary certificate in English, addressed to the embassy and stamped by the employer, issued within 15 days before the appointment. If the work is in the private sector, it must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce. If governmental, stamping by the employer alone is sufficient. It must include: (Name – Job title – Date of appointment – Monthly salary – Confirmation of current employment)
- Original ID or residency permit
- Copies of previous visas (Schengen – others)
- Appointment confirmation paper
- Two personal photos with white background, size 5×5
- School acceptance letter NUMBER SEVIS
- I-901 FORM
Very important
- It usually takes 5 to 7 working days after the appointment. The period may vary depending on the embassy.
- If the applicant is under 18 years old or does not have a job or bank account, a first-degree relative must sponsor them by providing their bank statement for the last 6 months along with a salary certificate certified by the Chamber of Commerce if employed in the private sector.
- A form will be sent by our staff to be filled out by the applicant to start the procedures
- Visa approval largely depends on the interview with the embassy or consulate officer
