Documents required to start the visa process
The required information will be sent by the assigned employee, and your response is needed to begin the process.

The visa processing time is usually between 7 to 15 working days after the appointment, but it may vary depending on the embassy’s discretion.

Very important

  • If the applicant is under 18 years old, unemployed, or does not have a bank account, a first-degree relative must act as a sponsor by providing their stamped bank statement for the last 6 months along with a certified employment letter.
  • The original passport of the sponsored applicant must be presented on the appointment day, with Chamber of Commerce certification if the sponsor works in the private sector.

For the Spanish visa:
A detailed travel plan must be submitted.
The employment letter must include contract details, the purpose of travel, and the travel and return dates.

For the Swiss visa:
A resident report from the Absher or Muqeem platform must be provided.

For the Italian visa:
A printout from the Social Insurance (GOSI) website must be submitted.
