- Original passport valid for more than 6 months, signed by the applicant, with at least two blank pages
- Hotel reservation covering the full duration of stay in the country
- Round-trip flight reservation
- Travel medical insurance covering the full duration of stay in the country
- Bank statement in English, issued no more than 14 days before the appointment, showing the last 6 months of transactions, stamped by the bank where the salary is deposited, and with a closing balance of no less than 15,000 SAR per person. *Online statements must meet three conditions to be accepted: include the bank’s name, official stamp, and barcode.*
- Recent employment letter in English addressed to the embassy, stamped by the employer, issued no more than 15 days before the appointment. It must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce if the applicant works in the private sector; for government employees, the employer’s stamp only is sufficient. The letter must include: full name, job title, date of employment, monthly salary, and confirmation that the applicant is still employed.
