Visa For Non Saudi

  • Applicants under 18 or without employment or a salary: A first-degree relative must provide their bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a regular salary. If employed in the private sector, a salary certificate authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce is required. The original passport and a copy of the first page must be presented on the embassy appointment date.

    • Original passport with a copy of the first page.
    • Original national ID with a copy.
    • Original family book (if traveling with family members), with a certified translation.
    • The bank statement in English for the last six months shows a monthly balance of at least 15,000 Saudi Riyals per person. The bank must print and stamp the statement.
    • Salary certificate addressed to the Embassy, including name, salary, job title, and start date of employment. For private sector employees, this certificate must be authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce.
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
    • Roundtrip flight reservation.
    • Hotel reservation for the duration of your stay in Europe.
    • Valid travel insurance covers the entire duration of your stay in Europe.
    • Completed Spanish Embassy application form.
    • Appointment confirmation

  • If the visa applicant is under 18 years old, unemployed, or does not have a salary credited to their bank account, a first-degree relative must provide a bank statement for the past 6 months with a salary certificate certified by the Chamber of Commerce if employed in the private sector. 

    They must also be present at the embassy appointment with the original passport and a copy of the first two pages.

    Schengen Tourist Visa Requirements

    • Original passport with a copy of the first page.
    • Original residency permit with a certified translation from an authorized office.
    • Roundtrip flight ticket.
    • The bank statement in English for the last six months shows a monthly balance of at least 15,000 Saudi Riyals per person. The bank must print and stamp the statement.
    • Bank statement in English for the past 6 months showing a monthly income of at least 15,000 Saudi Riyals, printed and stamped by the bank.
    • A salary certificate from the employer addressed to the embassy, including the applicant's name, salary, job title, and start date, certified by the Chamber of Commerce if employed in the private sector.
    • 2 passport-sized photos with a white background, measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
    • Roundtrip flight reservation.
    • Hotel reservation for the duration of the stay in the destination country.
    • Valid travel insurance covers the duration of the stay in the destination country.
    • Visa application form of the respective embassy.
    • Appointment confirmation.
